Oga Landlord is a radio program that is conceptualized to provide affordable lands and by extension housing for the middle and low income earner in and around the Federal Capital Territory as well as discuss and treat environmental issues, accommodation & property matters with the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to control differences between aggrieved parties as it relates to accommodation and property issues to ensure a better standard of living among residents of the FCT and its environs.
Oga Landlord also seeks to enlighten the people on Housing,
the rights of Tenants & Landlords, safety, legal viewpoint, security,
hygiene, environmental matters among others and features grounded professionals
to analyze topical and burning issues on the development of our society.
This is a radio program created to be as educating as it
would be entertaining and targeted at the populace of Abuja and its environs to
encourage their imagination, ideals, energy and
vision to flourish to the benefit of their societies.
Oga Landlord is a magazine program
broken into segments and looking at issues through the guided eye of the ordinary
Nigerian.
