Wonders they say, will never end. Man's inhumanity to man was the case this morning as a young man believed to be in his late 20s was apprehended with a fresh human head by members of the Nigerian Police Force in the busy town of Otukpo, Otukpo Local government area of Benue State.

In his narration, the young man whose name was not disclosed by the police stated that he had chopped off the head of his victim the previous night with the intention of using it for rituals before luck ran out of him. Our correspondents further revealed that he is still under Police custody as further investigation is still on.
