Artistes In Development (AID) is a non-governmental organization with an aim to develop talents towards building values in the society.

AID has links with several NGOs and the mainstream music industry. To this effect, AID brought 'Rugged Man' to Makurdi at Aper Aku stadium in 2006, This was done in collaboration with Jireh Foundation.AID has also conducted Miss Stigma Free in Makurdi in 2008.AID worked with the office of the first Lady in Benue State to present "Benue Fashion Contest". AID has a modeling school as well. It is named Classic Models!

 Artistes In Development is now in search of various musical talents thereby putting together a talent hunt event tagged "AID 2014 TALENT HUNT" which is aimed take talented artistes from a struggling stage to stardom.AID has come to setup its core presence in Makurdi from Abuja.
